Kindly be informed that our office will be closed for the Christmas and New Year holidays from Friday, 20th December 2024, at 4 pm, and will reopen from Wednesday, 08th January 2025, at 9 am.

You can continue to place orders by email or online during this time, and we will eagerly dispatch all parcels once we return to work.

Overview

In most cases, our shippers will deliver your order within 24 hours on North Island and 48-72 hours on South Island during working days. Saturday delivery is available if necessary.

Order must be placed by 12 noon to be dispatched on the same day.

Freight shipping for online order

Please note that the flexible shipping rates quoted on our website are ESTIMATES. While we always strive to provide our customers with accurate shipping costs, other factors can affect the final price, such as:

Oversized item

Oversize charges may apply to mounting products based on the package size. For example, any package larger than 1.8 meters may be charged shipping costs based on its dimensional weight rather than its actual weight.

Bulk packing

When ordering multiple select items, we may be able to bulk pack the items in two or three boxes instead of just one, which usually reduces shipping costs.

Location

Suppose the shipping destination is a residential delivery, or a rural and remote address. Our shippers subject all relevant services to incur a delivery surcharge.

Residential delivery is a delivery to a low-density delivery zone that includes, but is not limited to, residential homes, businesses operating from residential homes, and businesses surrounded by residential houses.

Rural and remote addresses sit outside our shippers’ regularly serviced areas and may differ from the rural classification of other courier companies.

Local pickup

You can skip the shipping costs with free local pickup.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at the checkout, we will send you an email and text message with instructions when your order is ready for collection.

Our in-store pickup hours are the same as our opening hours. Please keep your order confirmation email or text message when you come for the collection.
